Field Sobriety Tests

There are multiple categories of evidence which may be used against a defendant in a Los Angeles DUI case. This includes: the driver’s behavior which led to the initial police stop, any symptoms of intoxication the officer may have observed after pulling the driver over, field sobriety test results, any incriminating statements the driver may have made, and breathalyzer or blood test evidence.
